Return procedure:
1. Take photos of the relevant product that you want to return and State your order number! NB! Returning is only possible within the legal 14 days after you have received the package according to the track and trace.
2. Send the photos with the accompanying invoice to info@freshparts.nl with the reason you want to return it.
3. We will assess the photos and return or reject it. NB! When mounting the product we can no longer take it back.
4. Upon approval you will receive a message via e -mail with a link, you can purchase a shipping label and you can return the package to the following address: Kruisboog 55, 3905TE in Veenendaal. When using the old box, make sure that you remove the shipping label from us and replace it with your own shipping label with our address stated on it. In addition, it is very important that the accompanying invoice or note with the order number is in the box so that we can process the return! If we cannot find it the sender, we will wait until we are contacted.
5. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the package is not in correct condition, we will contact you.
NB! Return a product while you have received a "free" product, it is important that you return it when you no longer meet the minimum ordering value of the "free" product. If you do not do this, the amount of the "free" product is deducted from the returned products.
Return:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 5.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return. NB! Products that we have tailor -made or products without the original packaging cannot be returned.

Fresh Parts is not obliged to replace products with a small deviation. Fresh Parts is not responsible for return shipments and return shipments that have been damaged without indicating that in advance.
